There are many definitions for the meaning of soul mate.For me a general definition would run something along the lines of a person with whom you feel you have many basic beliefs in common,you are drawn to that person because of these shared beliefs.The person may or may not be of the same sex,ethnicity,age or socioeconomic group as you.The bond can be a case of instant recognition or may develop over a period of time.The reason women do not deny they are looking for someone earning over $100,000 or more is that there is no need to deny it,it is patently untrue.I doubt if you you could point to a single worthwhile survey or publication which would support you case stating money is the number one reason for divorce.The majority of women are not christian so unless christian women are unusually money orientated I doubt there is any basis for your position here either.I find your choice of name is aptly reflected in the views you hold.
