Forgive me, but wouldn't it SAVE admin time and functions to block a profile that has already used THE SAME photo in idk, say 50 profiles on this site? Beauty is in the eye of the beholder but these pictures are all just 1's and 0's. Kinda like a DIGITAL SIGNATURE, much like say an Email address or an ip address. You can't set up two profiles on here with the same associated email address, which are FREE, DISPOSABLE, and UNLIMITED. Pictures on the other hand are a bit more difficult to obtain, good lighting, professional photographer, wardrobe, willing or unwilling actor/actress, all have to coordinate in the same space and time. Sure things have gotten a little easier with high res cameras in almost all smartphones selfie sticks etc but once an actress, model, w/e is written on the check that day, is spotted AND REPEATEDLY REPORTED ON THIS SITE AS FAKE OR INAPPROPRIATE they should be banned right? I mean if Anthony Wiener has one profile here good for him right? But if he has 5 with Wiener in the username with different email adresses but THE SAME PICTURE, sometimes even in THE SAME TOWN, you're telling me there is no kind of FILTER that can stop this?
If the ol' wiener is cycling through profiles like I change socks, that's not a problem? I mean if someone contacts staff and wants to change a username or no longer uses an associated email THEN staff could facilitate that request but I'd imagine someone who has 50 OR MORE ACTIVE PROFILES ON THIS SITE RIGHT NOW wouldn't go through all the trouble of submitting 50 special requests to facilitate 50 transfers from 50 old emails to 50 new ones would they? That's a lot of typing and the username password id's all have to be in matching case with no mistakes... Would YOU go through all that trouble to keep 50 fake profiles up?

Suppose YOU were a ($)cam model and when you go through the process of creating your fake profile with a stock photo EASILY OBTAINED FROM AN INSTAGRAM TUMBLR SNAPCHAT PHOTOBUCKET or TWITTER account of some porn starlet wannabe who may or may not be involved, and when you submit your profile and try to login you're immediately blocked because SOMEONE ELSE ALREADY HAS PICTURES IN A PROFILE ON THIS SITE that MATCH THOSE DIGITAL SIGNATURES. Then if YOU try the same thing again with a different 'model' it doesn't matter because your IP ADRESS IS PROHIBITED FROM LOGING IN POSTING EDITING ANY OTHER PROFILES WITHOUT ----EXCLUSIVE PERMISSION---- GRANTED BY SITE MODERATORS WITH A WAITING PERIOD OF 7-30 DAYS. Would YOU continue trying to post fake profiles?

Now for real people who have moved, forgotten a password, forgotten they had a profile they haven't used in over a year, they wouldn't have 'cam model' 'beauty consultant' 'selling of antiques' type stuff in their profile so when their requests are processed the mods would see off the bat they are who they claim to be. A quick glean and any seriously contracting details would be easily identified. You surely can't be telling me red flag code can't be added to the obscenity filter that stops words like **** **** *** ***** could'nt be modified to suspend offending profiles.

What our closed minded neighbors don't understand is that the ones that cannot see any bias in police brutality, killings, citations, fees, charges, adjudication, sentences and time served for equal offenses is that the ENTIRE REASON for the Black Lives Matter movement is the results of a false war on drugs, school to prison pipeline, wealth and income inequality, gentrification, gerrymandering, the crimes bill, and the systemic racism in the police court and prison systems taking fathers from families leaving no positive male role models in the black homes and keeping it that way, the racism discrimination and oppression PROVES that our lives do not matter to the government. This DOES NOT STATE that any other lives do not matter, nor does it mean they don't matter.

There are no disguised policies that have been systematically targeting for murder brutalizing or incarcerating white people or police.

I'd like to see this study but I don't believe there is enough data just yet to determine a direct statistical correlation between the presence and use of BODYCAMS increasing the likelihood of police encounters ending in an officer involved shooting. Especially not in the case when the suspect(s) are/were persons of color.

Or should we assume that every officer in every encounter is honest and accurate, just and fair, trustworthy and honorable in their speech action and reporting the events exactly as they occurred? Do all officers conduct their duty with integrity, act only to uphold the law IN ACCORDANCE TO THE LAW, to SERVE and PROTECT the people who pay their salary?

You think it is exclusively about race and it isn't. Yes race is a MAJOR contributing factor but essentially it is abuse of force/power/office and injustice. If a cop shoots an unarmed white person as just happened in Charlotte I am equally upset. The guy was deaf... Allegedly trying to use sign language when he was gunned down. I want justice for him and his family, in a Court of Law. I have absolute certainty this case will not have the same outcome of the Randall Kerrick mistrial where the victim who hadn't committed any crime at all but had just had a horrific accident and knocked on a door to try to get help was shot 10 times. The deaf man was followed for seven miles and was speeding and failed to pull over, and though he had technically committed a traffic violation and evaded the State Trooper who killed him (with mitigating circumstances) neither of the two had committed a crime whose severity justified use or threat of lethal force I guarantee you the more guilty speeder who evaded police will receive settlement and the officer will face a harsher penalty for his action. The other difference in these two cases in the same State (NC) have one other key difference, one was a mistake. You cannot equate one moving violation and an evasion (ignorance of the law is no excuse though any lawyer could mitigate the evasion charge) to NO CRIME with an injured person looking to neighbors police or EMT for medical attention. Not in an impartial court with an impartial judge who's intent is to decide justly based on facts and evidence. There is no retrial and will be no retrial for officer Kerrick, which means there is no motivation to see that a fair and impartial trial be conducted and decision based on the facts and evidence and result of said trial. Not for wrongful death, manslaughter, negligent homicide or murder in any degree. No violation of rights, abuse of force, and a mistrial is not a verdict of not guilty, it is no verdict, no decision, it is a lack of the Court to carry out due process and no intent to mete out any fine sentence suspension reprimand or termination.
