Gidday DarC

Was that tonight or is it on Wednesday?

Was cloudy anyways....

Hey Mikey,

That above pic I just posted is from a couple of years ago, this coming Wednesday evening is the total lunar eclipse we see here, times for us in QLD here - http://mingle2.com/topic/412921

If it's not cloudy or raining you should have a front row seat where you are, would be cool to watch that over the ocean.

Cheers

AWESOME!

Thanks, I'd have said 'ordinary' as I wasn't all that happy with the shot, but I'll go with awesome drinker

Missed your post until now, sorry.

I like this one below better, from a clear full moon to the beginning, partial & maximum stages of a partial lunar eclipse.

Yes been waiting for this, we get to see it in Australia too, just after sunset on Wednesday the 8th as it's rising it begins here.

Australian Eastern Standard Time (GMT + 10) it starts around 7.15 pm, totality starts around 8.25 pm & goes for a full hour until 9.25 pm & the whole thing finishes around 10.35 pm.

Should be a good show and that eerie blood red colour for quite a while.
Provided it's not cloudy of course like it seems to be anytime something like this happens where I live sad2

Edit:Forgot to mention, it won't be selenelion in Australia.

Well you could start by putting up your own pictures instead of using pictures stolen from somebody else.

I was out in the middle of nowhere on my own hunting, listening to the radio when the show was interrupted with news of what was taking place.
Around 11 pm it was here in Australia at the time I think.

sure...
If my body is not mine, I could not possibly have a problem with someone raping me. I am not entitled to consent because it is not my body. does that make sense yet? The Title of the thread addresses that concept toward women.

Thanks.

Yes what you say there makes sense, though I got a different impression from the words the OP used.
I don't see anything in the thread title, to me that just seems like "What do you own oh woman/man".
As if both genders are being asked the same thing.

Because if we do own it, are we in possession of full rights, to do as we wish to do, and indulge in acts we want to? The answer is a NO, a firm no.

When I read it I get the impression that "The answer is a NO, a firm no." is an answer to the last part of the question.
Interesting how different people can read the same words but get a different perception of their meaning.

sounds like your floundering about with your need to maintain a rape culture to me. Good luck with that.

I must have missed something in this thread.
Do you mind explaining why you believe the OP is trying to justify rape?

Edited to fix typo.

No probs Crystal.
I didn't put in much time or effort though, lol.

Lock buttons being activated are a common cause apparently.

Your ex was close, usually a lot less problems on a Linux system than a Windows system, but they can have problems.

Does it work if you try to login from the command line by hitting Ctrl+Alt+F1 ?
Switch back to GUI mode by Ctrl+Alt+F7

you need to take the "S" out of HTTPS,and that holds good for any URL!

BTW,that Issue also exists on other Sites too,and it only started to happen when some Sites went from HTTP to HTTPS!

Interesting, thanks Conrad.
I didn't know the same issue was for any URL's or other sites, only seen it happen here with youtube vids so far.
I have noticed over time more and more sites are switching to https.

I wonder why it's cutting the links short when trying to make a proper hyperlink?

Hello All,

When linking to a youtube video & posting on the forum the link seems to get broken for some reason.

When logged into youtube and I copy a link it always starts with https.
If I use the url code & leave the https as it is the link doesn't seem to work.
If I take the s out so it's just http it works fine.

And I've notced when others use - takes you to Google makes takes you to Google -
those instructions to link to a video what seems to happen is the link stops after the ?v.
So instead of being https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1ztZ7WFo3nw, it ends up being https://www.youtube.com/watch?v which goes nowhere.
I tried removing the s from one of them when quoting/replying but the same thing happened, check out my post Thu 08/28/14 03:26 AM in the What Are You Listening To? thread for an example, I removed the s from the link in the quote of fleta_n_mach's post but the link still doesn't seem to parse correctly - http://mingle2.com/topic/397050?page=33

EDIT: compare the link in her original post to the one I edited when I quoted to see what removing the s changed.

Lol, I hope that makes some kind of sense, bit hard to explain but anyway, just curious if it's an easily fixed issue or not.

Cheers

Here we go again. Attack me instead of the guys the said it
the second/first time in here.
secondly, your an amateur and know nothing of mikysoft.

Well why keep saying it if you know it's wrong?
You've said in this thread you advised against doing updates, that's what I was commenting on, not something from 2 years ago, 2 years ago is irrelevant.

I know enough to avoid using Microsoft operating systems
