This post has me thinking. Most of the older guys I date their ex's have taken all their car, house, money, etc. I think I'll get me a younger guy so his mom & dad can buy me a new car!  In jest guys!!! I got one getting ready to turn 26..he's really cute. You come and get him, take him with you and I'll give ya my car...  I bet Scoudrel could hook him up.....  Hey, I need that car, darnit!!!!

Actually everyone has baggage I dont care what age you are. AGE alone is not something that she be an all or nothing. Myself, I use to be more interested in Marriage when I was younger I just didnt express it. It seems as though maybe you might be putting yourself out there to the wrong type of women...to be having the same issue time and time again.
A true woman should be confident in who she is and know that her baggage or "her past" has made her the person she is today and go FORWARD. I agree with others let them know ahead of time clearly how you feel about where you are. "DATING" Trust is earned and exclusitivity should only be given to someone you trust. If they bring up marriage let that be the last date.

I'm sure the "middle aged" women you are referring to won't mind that you're moving along to a different age demographic. I think they might actually appreciate it and be glad to have had you removed from their dating pool.

After they please me.. I can sit them in front of guitar hero with a bag of nachos while I take a nap!!!

Here's a lil secret: If the 'older' women finds you appealing, then she will listen to you and smile, wanting to know more. If she thinks your a drag to be with or nothing seems to seperate you from the usual guys she has to date, then it makes sense that she would choose you to spew on you all of the garbage she feels that she went through.
Young women are easier to impress. Like somebody said before 'their BS meter has'nt developed yet'. The allure of an older man to them is like seeing fire for the first time and wanting to touch it because it seems cool and interesting. |

OP, my respect for you just plummeted when reading your thread. When I was 18 to 21, the oldest guy I dated was 10 years older than me, and at the time, that was OLD to me. I looked at your profile with the pics and couldn't figure out if any of them were your daughter, grandaughters or girlfriends.People probally do that when you're out with them also, but more than likely think it's a relative. I noticed also that there were alot of them. Someday..you'll miss the intelligence and experience of people your age. We all have to let go of our youth at some point, it was grand, alot of laughs and many life experiences yet life is better now with the inner growth that comes with aging with maturity. I could care less what your thoughts are about us 'older women' but you're missing out on alot of things that you'll never experience unless you recognize who you are and what your age is bringing you..
