Does the ex wife get her youth back once she gets divorced? Women lose more than men in divorce, the least a man can do is wait for the divorce to finalize before they start looking for a new woman. It's like you're trading in an old car for a new one.

Hmm, I may be guilty of the same shallow conclusions you have about me. But what the heck! It seems when reading between your lines, that your relationship is not over yet, despite you are divorced?

I have never believed that wading in self pity makes any good for one self. My feelings are over since long time, do I have a debt to pay for someone I have lived with?

Further more, no I don't take marriage seriously. It's an outdated institution made by the church and the state long time ago. Over the years it has been proven that it means bull**** in the end, as someone eloquently expressed before. I have never cheated in my relationships but someone cheated me. That was not a man I was living together withglasses
Holy Horror! Women are evil! NOT!!!

You never stop loving anyone. Love doesn't end because you take care of "unfinished legalities". Pay the woman. Get done with it. That love changes and eventually forgiveness happens....someday....stop punishing her.

eta:
I have this notion that people in your country are very stubborn.

I have the notion that you misunderstood me! There is no punishment, I have paid her and still do monthly. My question of emotional debt was for Estelle79! What's the matter with reading skills!!

I misunderstand nothing. Despite your post to Estelle, any member can jump in and voice an opinion or debate.

So you have stated you are lazy about the divorce. Why? Strings? love? punishment? Control?

Now you state, that you would remarry again if you found the right one. Well, you can't unless you divorce. laugh

There is no priority unless you find a person willing to put up with procrastination? And what is procrastination a sign of? It ends up being circular, in effect driving you crazy by continuing the behavior.

I'll second that.

There is never a reason good enough for me btw. I'd never date a married man. Here in the US, it is public information, you don't even have to ask them for the papers. Find the county of marriage and go to the court house. Online public circuit court access is sooooo much easier though.

From the excuses the original poster is trying to spin, and the pedestrian level word games...
I'll wager, the wife doesn't yet know they're separated and getting divorced.

I'll wager, he kept the separation and divorce a secret from her.

I'll wager, that I know a great divorce attorney, that I can refer her to, when she finds out.

Agreed. I have nothing to add. It is easy to overlook useful and helpful information provided on a forum. So, I guess it doesn't hurt to repeat it.

...For all of you that do not understand or do not want to understand, the price to pay is my acceptance of opinion/belief of the better half!!...

Ummmm...perhaps you are correct: we are NOT understanding.

According to your OP, you are too logical and practical to understand why this time when you're *single* (i.e., no longer living with your wife), women run when they find out you're simply separated from your wife, but not yet divorced and asked for help IN being able to understand it.

So far, pretty much 100% of the women responding (and even the men) have explained to you why [the] women run when you announce that you're still married to your wife, even though you call her your "ex-wife" (which she's NOT).

And, you don't like it.

Since we've misunderstood you, perhaps you should have worded your opening post differently, to better reflect what it is you're truly looking for:

"I will divorce my wife when I feel like it, and until that time you wimmens had best better get over your discomfort of dating a still legally-married man."

Best of luck to you AND with that, in the future.

We will.

We're not the ones suffering from members of the opposite sex running from us *for some unfathomable reason*.

Well.....I wonder how some (non mormons) manage to marry 2 times and that in the US...

I would have thought something impossible to do...

Are they legally recognized wives by the same man in marriages in Utah? by bigamists? Or just in ceremony without the legal papers?

Not bigamists...and both women are trying to divorce and they can't...because the guy is changing address and they can't serve him.

The first and "real" wife is now in Illinois but she got married in California....and apparently she is trying to divorce since a while. The other one is European and got married in Nevada...and it is very legal...apparently

She can not ask for the divorce because she isn't a US citizen...the only thing she can do is try to get an annulment...but she still needs to live/ get an address in the US...sorry not anywhere..in Nevada.

 Just a suggestion: If you really want a Divorce, Check your State Laws, It Can happen!! If your spouse just wants to hold on like they have ownership papers on you (Marriage License) You and a Judge can end it yourselves! I've done it!! Anyone that allows it is also just as Guilty for one reason or another in staying in an unwanted Marriage for whatever the reason! Get your unfinished business done and then move on in life!! Just moving on solves nothing and involves an innocent person!! And again its still called (Adultery,Cheating!!) Then Move On in Life!!drinks My X didn't sign the Divorce Papers" Me and a Judge did!!" Surprised the Hell out of Her!! tongue2

Yup. I also did this with 1st ex. He filed the papers he received in the trash can. Got the divorce without him. Here, the lawyer just take out a newspaper ad in the respondents local town, saying "Notice of Divorce". That simple. No signature or consent required. No fault.
We were married 8 years- separated 1- sold property (acquired) while married - split profit 1/2 equally -filed non-contested divorce- 3 times to court "Judge signs!! papers" simple procedure!! Nothing to fight over--- so its over!! No Fault Divorce, Not contested!! That easy!!

Cite the source. I do not believe it. You don't even have to be served, I doubt it. It's a BS story. Or they're tarded.

BTW, that is Bigamy and is illegal.
