Yes, I feel that men and women can be just friends. But it sounds like he was playing a long game, friends first type of thing to win you over. If a man and woman are just friends, then both of them can not be attracted to the other at all.

I guess now the question is what are you going to do about this new "friend" who wanted more?

You can also find it under the "Limit Who Can Send You Mail" or I see it is at almost the top when you click on Mail also. I was just clicking things to see where it took me to find it...lol

Then I would suggest taking your profile serious with good pictures of yourself and writing a meaningful About section. I think most people ignore empty profiles... Good Luck

Got to your Account page.
Then click on Settings.
Then click on Mail Settings.
On the Mail Settings page there will be a spot to go to Blocked Users.
(Inbox Nudge Mail Settings Blocked Users Filters)

I would suggest expanding on what you think of when you say you an "Activity Partner" since people seem to use that in different ways on here...lol

I feel it is about the same chances to find true love in a bar or anywhere else people go to think they can find someone. Even in a bar or something where you can see them face to face, there are people who pretend to be something that they are not. But just like fishing, you can't catch the fish without a line in the water...

It is not even a refresh problem, it is a programming problem. It is like someone just let some crackheads do all the programming, they half-assed it to get paid and left...lol The changes were made but nothing was actually fixed...

This is a problem that many people have complained about. The only thing we can really do for now is to just hit the X on the profiles that you do not want to see (distance or whatever). Then when the number of profiles are not so many it is easier to find people closer.

Your instincts are already telling you there is something wrong. To me though it does not mean that I need to cut off all communication because this website has a lot of problems and a time might be a glitch. I usually keep talking on this site to get to know them and they usually show whether they are real or not within the first few days. Scammers on here seem to not want to waste time, they want to go to another place to scam easier. Good Luck

The only hope I have of these problems getting fixed is for the current owners to sell out and let someone else take it over. They MIGHT get someone who still cares about quality control and then they have a list of problems to start with...

You use to be able to do that, but they changed it, now all you can do is just hit the X on the profiles that you do not want to see again (distance or what ever). But even that does not make them go away permanently.

You can go to the Bug Report section of the forums and put in another complaint about it, but I am afraid it is like no one cares that this site does not work right...

There has been a problem on this site for a while that when I tried to click on something, nothing happened. But I could scroll down a little more and it would be clickable. The other day I noticed it is about the same height area as the "Privacy - Terms" box is in the lower right hand corner of the screen. I even rolled over the box a few times to expand it out a little bit to see if it would go away, but it does not.

So it looks like someone messed up and made the whole lower part of the screen all the way across unclickable because of that box...and since there is no quality control before changing things it just one more thing that is messed up on this site...

That is one of those nice things that does not work any more. Now you have to just click the X on the profiles that you do not want to see again (and even that does not work all the time). That will whittle down your list at least.

Pets are a lot easier to take care of then kids, I also am just sticking to pets from now on since my son is grown and on his own...lol
