BUCKEYES: (GOT THIS FROM JUST659 a few weeks ago)

One stick of butter Chocolate Almond Bark (about one pound)


1 1/2 C. Peanut butter
1 Pound of Powdered sugar
1 tsp. Vanilla

Cream first 4 ingredients together. Roll in to 3/4 to 1 inch balls. Chill for half hour. Melt chocolate in microwave in glass bowl ( melt in 1 min. increments and stir inbetween cooking times till melted ) or over double boiler. Use fork to stab and pick up ball and dip each ball 3/4 way in to chocolate and set on wax paper till chocolate sets.

The Old timers used one bag of chocolate chips and a square of parifin melted over double boiler to coat the peanut butter ball. Or you could use candy making chocolate discs if you cant find Almond Bark.
