I work the night shift Sat. so I will sleep most of Sunday. Monday I am planning to help set up a memorial display of crosses to remind folks of those from Michigan who have died in the latest conflict in
Iraq and Afghanistan. |

I just plan on finding a flag, and saying a prayer of thanks for all the heroes who made this great land of ours free, and fought for this little piece of ground for me to stand on.

Softball tournaments, some yard work, grilling out and maybe even a night of camping if the weather is just right. First weekend to hit the beach.......might even get in the water..brrrrrrrrrrr.

My daughter's high school graduation on Sunday. Plus i will get to visit with my mom and dad and my brother and his family. I am excited to see everyone. My son's on Saturday..the baby is flying the nest! |

 I am still trying to get back home to be with my family, but my job and an office move is becoming problematic and it looks as though I am going to have to stay put for the weekend. Thank goodness my Mom understands.

Going to the Ft. Worth Mingle Meet, Greet & BBQ... Me too, then have a cook off on Sunday Yipee! Have you heard from Trgirl? Nope I will text her. I will let you know! Hummmmmmmmmm seems we are going to the same place  Anyone going to be in the Fort worth area your welcome to join us all Saturday 23rd. Its a BYOB having hamburgers, hot dogs and all the trimmings..........All the information is in the Texas thread under Fort Worth Meat............. Got and e-mail from her she will let me know Friday if she is going to be able to make the Cookout.

Going with my two daughters to decorate their dad's grave. Going to ride the cycle as much as the weather permits. A cookout and bonfire. I hope it is nice out all three days. Love the three day weekends. Then only four more days of work/school. Then off for the summer! Can't wait.

Starting off on Friday night with free music in the downtown area of my town. Probably visiting some family this weekend, then a bbq on Monday. Hooray for long weekends!
