Perhaps your area was sucked down into the Evil Vortex of Lost Socks? Correction, the Ghetto Vortex of No-Man's Land. Lol. But yeah its really far from other places, like 1 1/2 hour drive! Try being 987 000 miles from everybody else...then you may have a reason to be unhappy...   If were were only a couple hundred miles closer I'd hit you up

Yeah, sometimes you have to look a bit out of your area. I met someone pretty awesome, but he's far away. I have met a couple friends close by, though.

I will gladly donate all the people in my area in central wisconsin that have "last been seen in 6 months". Ha ha ha!!!

Tonight I made the jump to talk to a girl almost all the way on the other side of the country. She seemed too awesome NOT to talk to. Turns out, she really is that awesome. Now I dont know what to do, because she does live so very far away and I'm tied down to my current location because of my job.
But I realize... sites like this are the only way I'd ever get to talk to amazing people like that. And if I do get a chance to meet her... that would be amazing. If you do manage to find the right person... however far away... it could be worth waiting for. |

Mingle isn't empty persay... It's the lack of people from your area that has you down. But, you should branch out. Two of the best loves in my life that are still my friends today are from other states. And I will forever be thankful for their presence. You just never know. Whatta coincidence. My two best friends from college are a zombie and a vampire. I am an umpire myself. All three of us used to date angels and gargoyles. (The gargoyles are an easy target when you're high, and if you drink enough, they look ok.) (The only problem is sorting out the male gargoyles from the females. It can be pretttty embarrassing until you learn to do it faultlessly.) |

Please just glance over my posts if you find them annoying.) No, as I don't live in California. But sometimes you have to expand your search a bit. For my local area, at 25 miles there are 7 women, only 2 that have been seen in the last month, if I expand to 50 miles, it goes up to 27 women. The Lady I am seeing now lives almost 3 hrs away, but its working for us. Good Luck. |

I didn't know where else to fit this subject in, but yeah. As the topic reads, why is Mingle2 so dead? There have been nobody new within 25 miles of my zip code (93550) since I joined. Mingle2 is on the top search results for Google...so what happened? I do like the community here, though. It passes the time while I am working. if there were people within 25 miles of you chances are you would have already met them in RL if mingle says there is no one within 25 miles then there IS no one within 25 miles mingle never lies |

I lucked out... I met someoneone, from another site actually... and he lives in the next town. Not even, just on the other side of it. 12 minute drive. LUCKY!!!!
It only took 7 years. |

Mingle2 cannot make assurances, and can't guarantee any specific number of folks in your area. The site provides an avenue, for meeting people. As some have suggested, maybe broaden your preferences a bit. At any rate, good luck. Mark |
