the reference I was referring to was the line IMMEDIATELY before that one,, which would be kind of important to the context

If I was quoted as saying ' dogs should be considered superior beings'

it might seem a lot less logical without the line PRECEDING IT

' If dogs can train up humans and support them and nurture them and create their own necessities and luxuries..'

I am sorry, I am not going to even tackle this. Reference upon reference, without naming the source or the place where they came from. I believe this is an historic moment in the annals of these forums, because this is the first time I see you do something under-handed in debate.

I believe you want to muddle the issue and confuse me until I make a mistake somewhere. I may be wrong but it looks very much that you are doing that.

I am not going to respond to this post for the reasons stated.

(Sheesh! Those Christians just won't stop lying no matter what! slaphead)

Lissen up, 'bra, it's your heavenly father speaking.

Chrisitians don't lie. Most least likely to, at any rate, of all people. ESPECIALLY about what they believe and what they think the Bible teaches them.

God is the lying one. We (I mean everyone else but me) can't bring ourselves to see this.

But even if the Christian God is lying, He is not lying as a Christian. He is lying as a God. The two are not the same.

Jesus was baptized as a man. He may be considered as a God whose faith is the Christian faith. Because of the Baptism.

But there are several other stumbling blocks to accept this.

Jesus KNOWS He is God. He can't make a mistake in His own identity to not know that.

People must BELIEVE God is God. Knowledge of God does not exist among men. The tenets of Christianity all assert a need for faith, and not one tenet for general Christians gives them proper knowledge of God or the Truth.

So to be Christian excludes knowledge of God, His personality profile, His preferences, His morals, His thinking mode. We can only believe, we Christians. God can't believe. He can only know.

So the Christian God is not Christian. Therefore it contains no contradiction to say, "Christians are not a lying kind, but their God is", because their God is not Christian.

Now, take your words back, and apologize nicely to the Christians, and say you are sorry you called them liars. That is IF you want dinner tonight and spank mummy before bed.

I personally don't see where Jesus ever even claimed to be the son of God. When I read the Christian Bible it appears to me that a bunch of people are attempting to make a case for that, but nothing they actually attribute to Jesus indicates that he ever made this claim himself.

according to the belief everyone is the sons and daughters of God, the only human that can be equated to be the true son would be Adam because Adam was the first human created in God's image by God himself and not born from woman and was the only human born without sin ..Jesus was born from woman from a bloodline of sinners
the first line in the bible gen 1:1 and god created...... but if you read it in the orginial hebrew it actually says alehtav. in romans jesus says he ie the alpha and omega, the begining and the end. aplha is the first greek letter in the alphabet and omega is the last. hebrew aleh is the first and tav is the last. in original hebrew gen 1:1 reads in the begining, god, jesus created

reading in the original Hebrew text will not change the fact that Jesus's Mother Mary was here before Jesus came and was still here when Jesus left ...so when it comes to Jesus, Mary was his Alpha and Omega ....

this is one of the fail-safes placed in the bible to keep a Man from claiming to be God...anyone born of the womb can not claim alpha and omega-ism ...once they pop out of the womb it's their beginning

John 1:10-18
10He was in the world, and though the world was made through him, the world did not recognize him. 11He came to that which was his own, but his own did not receive him. 12Yet to all who received him, to those who believed in his name, he gave the right to become children of God— 13children born not of natural descent,[a] nor of human decision or a husband's will, but born of God.

14The Word became flesh and made his dwelling among us. We have seen his glory, the glory of the One and Only, who came from the Father, full of grace and truth

Shows that Jesus was the word in referance to the next verse.

John 1:1
1In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.

this passage sort of proves my point that anyone can magically become a son or a daughter of God

14The Word became flesh and made his dwelling among us. We have seen his glory, the glory of the One and Only, who came from the Father, full of grace and truth

Jesus came from flesh but Adam was created directly from God, if anything this makes Adam the son not Jesus ...the bible made sure that no human would ever be more special than Adam and Eve

Shows that Jesus was the word in referance to the next verse.

John 1:1
1In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.

john also stated that

1 John 4:12

No man hath seen God at any time. If we love one another, God dwelleth in us, and his love is perfected in us.

this passage is another fail-safe so that a Man can not claim to be God ...God only dwelled in Jesus like he supposedly dwell in all followers

also "In the Beginning " starts at Genesis not at John ...there is no mention of Jesus or the word in Genesis ..this is why Jesus may be the only way for those that choose to be Christians but Jesus is clearly not the only way for all...that honor belong to God not Jesus

The beginning does not start in Genesis. The beginning of the world and mankind starts at genesis but not the beginning of everything.

according to Genesis it is the beginning of everything ..Genesis can even be equated to the birth of God (his alpha) and his first conscious thought which was the decision and need to create creation

the bible made sure no one could slip something else in there that predates Genesis, that is why they said "In the beginning God created the Heavens and the Earth"...they had God have a thought and perform an action ....it said nothing about "The Word" or Jesus ...so it's no way to place Jesus in Genesis and that is why in the New Testament "In the Beginning" if anything refers to the beginning of Christianity or Jesus's alpha

why do yall read the old testament? you (cowboy) said jesus was the ONLY way into heaven, therefore the old testament should be null and void... even you(cowboy) said it was fullfilled...

without The Old Testament Christianity becomes little more than a form of buddha pantheism

the only thing Jesus fullfilled is "Revelations" when a human (the antichrist) claim to be God and lead an army of Jesus Christians into war with Yahweh Christians at the battle of armengeddon ..which is the same thing that supposedly happenned with God and Satan ...this time Jesus wish to be God

???

Revelations is yet to come. Has not happened yet.

"God and lead an army of Jesus Christians into war with Yahweh Christians at the battle of armengeddon "

The battle of Armageddon will be God and his followers against Satan and his followers. Satan will loose and be cast into the lake of fire.

after the battle Satan will be place in a bottomless pit not the lake of fire...the battle will take place against the forces of God and those forces loyal to the Antichrist....the antichrist is a man that supposedly come to full-filled the biblical prophecies and that is what followers claim that Jesus have done and will do at his second coming .....

Satan will be placed in the bottom of the bottomless pit, or only halfway down?

Who is supposed to dig that ditch?

Do they serve coffee in the bottomless pit? (There used to be a time in North America when some diners sold bottomless coffee. You couldn't order one to take out, but inside, you drank as much of it you wanted. Then some diners got stingy in 1974, when coffee went up five times in price, and then "Second Cup" gave its coup de grace to the custom, and now you pay for each goddamne d cup.)

"God is the Creator of Everything

Everything in the universe was created by God, and only by God. Judaism completely rejects the dualistic notion that evil was created by Satan or some other deity. All comes from God. As Isaiah said, "I am the LORD, and there is none else. I form the light and create darkness, I make peace and create evil. I am the LORD, that does all these things" (Isaiah 45,6-7)."

http://www.jewfaq.org/g-d.htm

so while i was looking up the view of evil on the other
thread i found this tidbit. so God created evil according to the OT.
case closed. Satan, eat your heart out - pwned.

ok - so what big deal. nothing is a subset of everything.
god also created boogers which is also a subset of everything.

i have no problem with that. except satan may not exist
but other than that, if satan exists or existed then god did it.

NEXT!

no...nothing is not the subset of everything.....nothing is the opposite of everything

there are clearly things that God did not create....did God create himself?
