According to the thread about what a man needs to be happy, all a woman has to do to get and keep a man is: 1. Be a really good cook and house keeper. 2. Love lots of sex and give blow jobs. 3. Worship him as a god. 4. Let him watch football or whatever he likes on T.V. As if you will ever find that  1. The cooking would be nice, but I would help if I can. If not, ill stick to the BQ. House keeper, both should take part in that. 2. Ill agree with, but blow jobs are optional. 3. Na, just love me... 4. Refer back to 2 and 3 There are men out there who don't really care about blowjobs?! I'm not sure I've ever heard a man say blowjobs are optional. I obviously don;t know either one. THAT must be why I'm getting divorced and since I've been seperated for almost a year and still single I guess I don't thave a clue.

Someone who is willing to do their share is usully the norm unless one is the stay at home spouse then I think the supporting spouse in fair in expecting reasonable job in this department. I figure most guys are more than happy with sex and estatic if it is resonably regular. Most are too tired for "lots" of sex. Since I think few get blow jobs. at least from what most who are divorced and widowed say I doubt that is all that big a deal. Doubt they would complain about enthusicatic sex. lol Since many would not know that much about God I doubt that one too. Think a little praise and encouragement is not a bad thing on the giving or recieveing side. Yea the TV thing is ok. He can watch it and I can go watch other or go do something else. I am not Mom so I don't have to dictate what is on the tube. Well least not if it is not in the bedroom; there no TV allowed. |

Never really thought about these four until this post. 1) good cook isn't really necessary - just don't be a terrible cook. House keeping both can do so no biggie. 2) the key word here is "Love" I would love to have it a lot but only if she really wants it. blow jobs - don't know - never really experienced that much... 3) Disagree - just don't tear me down in front of our friends. "knock him down a notch" 4) I would love to want to watch what I like, but more so, I want her to enjoy what I want to watch as well. No fun watching something on your own. I'm open to watching what she likes as well. But let me have at least some shows I like we can watch together. 9 to 1 isn't really a fair ratio... |

indianadave4, are you always so serious? really there was absolutely no male bashing I simply found one opinion of one poster distasteful that's hardly male bashing but I have noticed somethings before with indianadave - he definitely has beliefs about the genders that would make him not a good match for me but Im sure he'll find his match! wish no ill will on him |

Why do I always miss the boat by just THAT much?!? cooking is not a big deal, as long as the BBQ pit is ready, i can cook... but can you skin a rabbit or clean a fish?.. there are other important questions a guy needs to ask besides cooking... Well actually, yes I can! In fact, I used to catch, clean and cook trout on a flat rock in the fire by the river right after catching 'em when I was a kid just for fun...screw high priced restaurants...that's fresh fish!  But I'm telling ya, most guys don't give a crap about that kinda stuff. Doesn't matter that I can change the oil or the brake pads, roof or side the house, talk sports with the best of 'em, and hold intelligent conversations to boot. And I don't even look bad when I'm trying to look good, but just because I've burnt hard-boiled eggs before, apparently I'm outta the running! Just doesn't seem fair!  Now, see you have to think of the hard boiled egg like sex.  Start-rubbery & jellylike 3 minutes-firming up 10 minutes-nice & hard Crack em once & there done!!!
