For years Abrahamic Religion Mythology followers have pushed and shoved their crap all over TV,billboards, the streets,my house, schools, churches everywhere,signs,forums,stickers,picketing...etc.Now the nonreligious people are just saying ain't payback a b i t c h and sometimes they need a reminder that not everyone believes in their mythology.

It is true that not everyone believes in it. But just because someone "promotes" a specific belief, does not mean they are pushing it on anyone. They may say "Christianity" is the only true "religion", but that doesn't mean they are pushing that one anyone, they are sharing their beliefs. They are expressing what they believe.

And take this forum for instance. Just because someone always expresses their religious views on things from the Christian perspective, doesn't mean they are pushing "Christianity" on anyone. They are again, sharing and or expressing their religios views on the subject.

If you wish to look at it from your perspective. We could say the same thing and say we wished people would quite pushing atheism on everyone, they have pushed their beliefs and shoved their crap all over TV, billboards, the streets, my house, schoools, buildings everywhere, signs, forums, stickers, picketing, ect.
whatever cowboy yep those atheist knock on your door and leave booklets on how atheism can change your life or read verses from the The God Illusion, and those atheist churches are everywhere,we've had atheist presidents cause this country is full of atheist, theres 20 channels of nothing but atheist preaching how bad christianity is,theres signs on the road that read "follow atheism for it is the way".Whatever man.

Most to almost all movies are secular movies. There is only one movie I can think of right now that went to Christianity that has been made in the last while... the Passion of the Christ. Most to all movies and shows on TV are secular shows, not supporting Christianity.

People go to your door to spread the word of God? Tell them no thanks. People have people come to their door selling raffles, and many other reasons people go to other people's door. If you do not want to speak to them, why not just ask them to leave? Or even just flat out tell them to leave.

And what's it matter what religiouse views the president has? His beliefs do not effect you, now do they? He does not and can not force anyone into a religious belief, again what's it matter what religiouse view HE holds?
Cowboy most of the people in the entertainment business are Jewish aka non-christian.Second of all Bush was against stem cell research and was fighting it because of his faith. Also theres "In God we trust" on AMERICAN money and seals.God bless America blah blah blah.It is what it is but seculars are putting a dent in some things.

Who cares what religious view the people in the entertainment business have? What do the two have to do with one another? Absolutely nothing. Not to be rude, but you sound like someone that would buy something off an atheist before you would say a Christian, just because the other was atheist. And so what if Bush was against stem cell research because he was a Christian? And do you know that was specifically the reason he was against Stem Cell Research? Did he say specifically that was the reason? And if so, can you please provide some evidence of him saying that was specifically the reason. And who cares what it says on your money? Did you print the money? Did you make the money? Did you have anything at all to do with the creation of the dollar bill? If not, then why do you feel you have anything to say about it? That dollar bill is not yours, it does not belong to you. It is property of the United States Government, and they have chosen to put that on the dollar bill. Who cares? That does not force you to worship or even believe in the entity it speaks of.
meh...as i've stated already it is what it is.

I'm still trying to figure out how the most read book in the world manages to distort a simple message of 1

I didn't read the entire post, read the first part and realised the rest would be a waste of time, it's just a bunch of malarchy. Jesus spoke of no hate, Jesus spreads nothing foul. Just your missunderstanding of what he has said.

He told his followers to hate their families.
If any man come to me, and hate not his father, and mother, and wife, and children, and brethren, and sisters, yea, and his own life also, he cannot be my disciple. Luke 14:26

Words translated from one language to another, does not always fit 100%. Translations aren't exact word for word. Just use the closest word similar. Read the next verses, which then shows Jesus was speaking in parable form. 27 And whosoever doth not bear his cross, and come after me, cannot be my disciple. Jesus was only telling them to put him first. Forget everyone and everything else. And put Jesus as number one following as he says as the following verse says.
Matthew 10:37 So yes, please try to keep these verses in context with the surrounding verses.

37 He that loveth father or mother more than me is not worthy of me: and he that loveth son or daughter more than me is not worthy of me.

As in if one isn't willing to put Jesus as number one in their life, they are not worthy of him. Jesus wasn't saying to hate anyone, just saying to put him first. And if someone doesn't do this, they don't deserve him. And if they don't deserve him, they don't deserve Heaven and Eternal life, for Jesus is the only path to the Father.

I guess we now have another definition for ... delusional !!!

I'm still trying to figure out how the most read book in the world manages to distort a simple message of 1
I wouldn't call a fictional book about a divine deity that killed alot of egyptians, flooded the earth and wiped out most of the people in Sodom and Gomorrah along with other genocides a book about love. Then his baby comes along and has bipolar, tells his followers to be kind to others then tells his followers to do what the OP typed.
As for forcing it down peoples throats ask the Pagans and Norse followers, along with the jews if christians didn't push or force their beliefs on people.

According to the New Testament Jesus preaches one thing then turns around and preaches another. The authors of the Abrahamic Religion Trilogy didn't get their stories to coincide, they show that the character in the book has multiple personalities i just labeled it bipolar..I'm not ripping on the mentally ill i'm just stating for someone to preach be kind to others then turn around and tell his followers to do what he said cause they don't believe in him shows signs that the main character in the book has a mental illness.
What modern day signs and wonders are you referring too?

Ok i'll enlighten you Luke:Forgive them father for they know not what they do.So when jesus realises death is imminent his tune changes in Matthew:My God my God why hast thou forsaken me.
it went from my daddy to my deity.I didn't make this one up it's in your book you praise.
Of course even though it's in your book written by 2 different authors your gonna come up with some BS story on why.let me guess it's from proverbs ok big deal why would jesus repeat those words that Matthew and Mark claimed he said?

you will find what you seek, I am convinced people continue to find what is in their hearts (including me), Jesus is in my heart and can find him when I seek him

Psalsm was written prior to Christs birth

the phrase
My God, My God , why have you forsaken me

can be found there

Jesus read the scriptures and referenced them often,,,

What exactly are you talking about? The two have absolutely nothing to do with one another eg., "Father forgive them for they know not what they do" and "my God, my God, why hast thou forsaken me." And on top of that, Jesus wasn't preaching when he said "my God, my God, why...". Jesus took every bodies sin in himself, as he was the one that committed those sins. Sin seperates us from the Father. So when Jesus took all the sins on himself, he was seperated from the Father. Thus he felt forsaken. So no, still no "change" in anything.

Cowboy it's almost lame to even debate with you,i give you a response and of course "what are you even talking about" is your response.Funches brought up a thread about the Doctrine of the Trinity it's not even in the hebrew bible and some christians don't even accpet it.But you went right along with it and defended it like God had something to do with the doctrine of the trinity.of course some christians will defend it like it's actually words from God but it's another thing christian man created.Just like the 7 deadly sins was created by man. It's not in the bible.Btw your explanation totally missed out that the "my god my god" thingy was taken from proverbs.

"Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit"[Mt 28:19

people have renamed the father son and holy spirit as the 'trinity'

many words we use now to explain parts of the bible are not actually in the bible itself

from there, personal interpretations about the significance and background of the 'trinity' come in to play

i understand theres many different interpretations thats why theres so many different organized religions that branch from the Abrahamic religion trilogy. The question is which one is the actual 100% truth?

I dont know that man can come up with '100%' truth, because our truth always go through the lens of personal perception before we get to it,,,,

Thats how you see it,but if he was seperated from the father then he's no longer part of the trinity.thats why i mentioned the trinity in a few post above.
