What You Think , Do a perfect relation starts with friendship

IN MY POINT OF VIEW

a relation is most successful when you can act as boy friend as a a best friend too

it like you are very lucky if you have a very caring best friend and a very loving bf
but its awesome to have both as 1 guy

Has to be your best friend.

Yeah, I think that it can be good to get to know each other as friends first but that's no guarantee that you're going to get on so well once it becomes a relationship.

I think the very best and longest lasting relationships start from a place of friendship, instead of attraction, or lust, or finances, or romance.

friends are those that are there for downs as well as the ups and who are there simply because they care and not for what they can get

can't beat that as a foundation for a long lasting relationship,,,

I agree that a loving relationship must also include being friends together.

For every hate, there is love
For every love, there is hate

If you truly get along together while you're chatting, you're friends anyway. Asking your friend out on a date and then them accepting, is a step closer to being a couple.

And when the relationship ends, the last thing you want to do is end in total hate.. Being about to bounce back and at least be semi-friends should be an end goal, unless it's agreed that communication should terminate completely.

I'm still chat buddies with an ex of mine. I've talked to him about another relationship I used to be in and he's told me about a girl he tried to date. We know we could never work it out to be together again, but that doesn't mean we needed to end in fire and brimstone.

Well, that's true about the friend zone thing but I think that it's about waiting until the woman is ready anyway and you can do the being friends thing while flirting and letting them know that you're interested in being more than friends.

It depends on the situation. One good thing about it though is that when I've done it that way instead of taking them out on formal dates they've just come to my house and that's much more cosy and intimate.

Choose love over anger, gratitude over entitlement, and forgiveness and compassion over bitterness.

Seriously! True story! Make a good choice!

where there is no friendship, there is no relationship. If your spouse ain't your best friend, what kind of friend are they? And if they aren't a friend, there is no relationship.

couples that have the best and lasting relationships have a few common traits about there personalities

they start of by making i statements ( NO BLAMING )

talk about there own thoughts and feelings and describing themselves and there situation and WHAT

THEY NEED--last but not least they really listen without judgement or ''fixing'' and helping the other

person get there needs met also--'' WHAT BETTER FRIEND COULD YOU HAVE ''

I agree that the BEST relationships start out as good friends. No doubt in my mind...

Honestly, I have NO clue. I've been friends with the woman before we had a relationship. I've started dating a woman before we developed a relationship then friendship as we continued the relationship till it wore it's course.

I'm still single, never been married. The longest relationship I've had was my last, that ended as us still being friends, but now barely talk to each other. So I guess the only "thing" I've learned.....is I make a great bachelor. waving

edit: because I forgot the word "thing" my proofreading is lacking right now...laugh

while that is true that a romantic relationship should be between two who are both lovers and best friends, I think, personally, it is a mistake to start out intentionally as only friends.

the friend zone is a tricky spot and while youre busy being his/her friend, your friend may be dating and finding someone who is looking for more.

Yup, can't get any more straightforward than this.

You are one great bachelor. But I believe there is always somebody for someone. You dont need to look for her, she will eventually find her way to you.
