on one hand..if it's a stranger who ya just met say online or in real life
and they come up and shake your hand and say I would like to date you but I have " _____"
you would probably think oh great now I got wash my hand
no way in hell I want anything to do with you buddy I am outta here

but ..what if you were already dating..what if you were exclusively seeing each other and you have already been intimate or were thinking about it and this beast rears it's ugly head...a lasting reminder of an old relationship before you ever came along

If someone came up to me and told me they had a STD and then ask me to go out with them?? It would not be just no but HEll NO would I go out with them. Would not even think twice....

WOW. I've gotta say, THAT is (in one sense) impressive as hell!! There's another thread on this site where quite a few women state that they wouldn't have the courage to ask a guy out without adding the STD into the mix! And she just lets you know straight from the shoulder...

I really don't think that I'd be able to be intimate with her, but she sounds like she could be worth getting to know... I am slightly in awe of the guts that it took for her to do that...



OK, yeah, that's a good reminder that we don't know the 'backstory' behind how she acquired the STD. It certainly wouldn't be surprising to hear that a former partner "pulled a Charlie Sheen" on her/had sex with her & never told her she was in danger...

You must be flirting with this waitress so she decided to tell you the story of her life and about her having STD. She came back after and asked you out on a date... why? ... because you must have continued flirting with her even after she told you.
