ask her her thoughts on global warming... and tell her she is so hot you are sure she is the cause of it... guaranteed to get a responselaugh

What are you waiting for? What's the worst that can happen? Start off slow though,, maybe with a little casual conversation. You could end up near her leaving class and ask her if she caught something the professor said that you happened to miss.

A cut the ice with some mild humor may be a suggestion. Psst..... Don't use any cheap opening lines. College girls hate em. Good luck.

Your in class together

Ask her a question about the subject that was discussed that day

Ask her, her viewpoint on it

Ask is she would like to study for an exam together

Some of this advice is just to be funny, but if you do not try how will you ever know? What is so frightening about rejection, if she doesn't want you, you did try. The only thing in life we regret are the risks we didn't take! (Grumpy Old Men)

"What is so frightening about rejection"

What a loaded question!!

Rejection is horrible if you don't have self esteem & all that kinda stuff.

When you are just coming up out of a downward spiral, REJECTION can be a real bummer.

Rejection wouldn't be so bad if it always came in the form of "You seem like a sweet guy, but I don't think you're my type." Unfortunately, responses vary. Sometimes, you'll just get ignored, sometimes you'll get the disdainful eye-roll. I once tried introducing myself to a lady and she just said, "Whatever you're selling, I don't want any." You get to feel like the dog who's been kicked for no good reason.

Okay. Okay. Enough of all this mushy crap about what to do, or what not to do. This is the bottom line dude. If you are that interested in her, then you have to go for it. Just ****ing go fir it man. Quit planning it. Quit going through it over and over again in your mind. Just nut up, step to her, and strike up a conversation. Even if it is messed up, dorky, or the best possible ice breaker in the world, it won't matter. You can have the perfect ice breaker and it still might not work. Or, you could stumble over your own to feet, mess up the words, look like a dork....and have it make all the difference in the world. Bottom line is just doing it man. Don't try to be Rico Suave. Be you, step up, say hello, and see what happens.

I suggest you read "Man and WOMAN" by Sam Keen. It's not a book, look it up online. It talks about how we see woman. It may help to overcome that fear of woman. It's very interesting.

Snugglesbyfire has good advice on this one--you already have one thing in common...your studies. Good luck to you!
