Sex is not required to get those benefits.
What I am saying is that the benefits that can be gained from sex do not require sex.
They are available by other methods.

But, Living for almost a decade without sex has taught me that sex benefits are limited to how you interpret life itself.
If you can't get what you need from life without sex, you're delusional.

There are plenty of people out there that are truly messed up yet get sex regularly. Sex and contentment have very little to do with one another.
