China locked down cities and enforced quarantine in infection centres to help contain the virus . They were also able to build hospitals extremely fast ., Response from the global community has been slow ... Europe is now the new epicentre but China still has new cases of infection, deaths and evidence of reinfection arising . It will be interesting to see what happens as life returns to normal and Wuhan is lifted from lockdown . Import / export bans are still in place for them .. as are travel. Restrictions .. including who can now enter their country . There is still much that is unknown .. at least Now we know it is a pandemic , it is contagious with multiple modes of transmission and it is not a flu .... Yes New Zealand has a total of 8 cases but as yet no evidence of community spread .

*You should never leave your home.
*Your home should be wrapped in a sealed plastic bag.
*You shouldn't allow things from outside your home to enter your home.
*If you must go out, wear an approved full body hazmat suit (preferably with its own self-contained breathing supply which you constructed and filled yourself in a clean room environment).
*Never have sex again, unless you live with your current mate and only if both of you are wearing full body condoms.
*Eat only home grown, home processed self-cooked food.
*Only drink well water. (who knows how many virus coated hands touched that bottle?)

Basically, don't touch anything anyone else might have touched.
Including the bottle of hand sanitizer or the paper on a bar of soap.

The city of Waveland on Thursday announced the postponement of the Waveland Civic Association’s St. Patrick’s Day Parade, which was scheduled to roll on March 14 at 1 p.m.

“Due to the advisory warning issued by the Mississippi State Department of Health, the city of Waveland erring on the side of caution and regrettably will be postponing the annual WCA St. Patty’s Day parade to an undetermined date,” Mayor Mike Smith said in the release.

In a release, the MSDH recommends that, regarding mass gatherings, “individuals, communities, and organizations take specific steps when determining their safety or the need for cancellation.”

“The MSDH is expanding access to COVID-19 testing,” Mississippi State Health Officer Thomas Dobbs, MD, MPH said in a release.

The MSDH reported the first presumptive positive case of coronavirus (COVID-19) in the state of Mississippi on Wednesday.

China have the resources.snd technology to be proactive . I am confident they understand the risk reinfection represents . Their position is valuable in terms of being in advance .. we have a wealth of information from their scientists and health professionals regarding medical intervention .. what has been successful and what hasn’t worked so well . Without that sharing it would be a very different situation .

If China need my help in being proactive .. i would be happy to lend a helping hand ( wearing a hazmet suit of course lol)

Iran
