He pickes me up. We go to a quiet place by a lake and there is a picnic basket in the trunk. Some wine, music and food.

The perfect date for me is a walk along the shore, a dinner at a cozy cafe with a live band, jamba juice, and then going to the park or the beach and talking.

Something casual, nothing too fancy, but no Mc Donalds either. Afterwards, maybe a walk, or some putt-putt (mini-golf), laser tag, etc.

Not to sure, maybe a movie... a nice dinner and go for a walk and just talk and laugh and or go to a game or music event and just have fun. But I guess I would take whatever comes first since I am new to the dating thing.
