the pretense is omitting the attribute.

I may be a mental midget.

Welcome to m2.

I've wondered about the U.S. discriminations, in context of those elsewhere.

India's caste system for example.
I gather there's been political effort to get rid of that.

But I've never been there, and don't really know how successfully / completely it has been addressed.

The U.S. still has problems.

I thank god I'm not forced to try to endure the cesspool of human misery in Syria & ISIL / elsewhere.

within my living memory:
- the top rap music artist was White (Vanilla Ice)
- the top golfer was Black (Tiger W)

- same sex marriage is now the law of the land ...

Dispense with the military ordnance.

I'll gladly loan my magic wand to any person / persons / entities that want it; Israel, Saudi Arabia, or even the military under U.S. President Obama's command.

Just jiggle the wand a little, say "Alex Kazam", and every centrifuge within Iran's sovereign borders vanishes in a sulfurous cloud.

a) They're nuclear.
So YOU are talking about STARTING nuclear War in the Middle East; against Iran !!

b) These nuclear munitions have the capacity to penetrate soil; but only within finite limits. They cannot cleave the planet in two.

c) The military sources I've consulted on this specific issue assert it would take 7 consecutive direct hits, to penetrate deep enough to reach & destroy the Iranian nuclear facility we're addressing here.

Indeed.
And this is why Israel was able to terminate Iraq's program, but quite likely does not have the capacity to neutralize Iran's.

Iran is known to have dangerous modern missiles; some of which I gather travel at Mach 5.

The two scenarios I know of to neutralize Iran's subterranean nuclear infrastructure are:

a) ground troops:
Whether a squad of commandos, or battalions of infantry; invade, occupy, destroy.

- or -

b) Drop from the air a nuke over the underground site.
The first nuke forms a crater.
Then drop the second nuke into the crater made by the first.
That deepens the crater.
Then drop in the third
and then the 4th ...

According to what I've read of it;
in Iran's case, it would take a minimum of 7
precise hits to neutralize Iran's main underground nuclear facility.

IF Iran's air-space were completely undefended, getting that
seven in a row with nuclear weapons would be tricky.

But considering what Iran's military air defense are reported to be,
Israel might well lose that battle of attrition.

As a political conservative I strongly support the principle of privatization (SpaceX instead of NASA).

But as a pragmatist I have to admit;

Article #22 [term limits] makes some sense for the Executive branch, as a single person (along w/ VP) comprises that entire branch of United States federal government.

For our federal legislature, a body of hundreds, term limits is merely a reduction in choice.

A wet, hair encrusted booger could be flicked at them.

That doesn't mean such martial means would forcefully neutralize Iran's program.

The issue is whether aerial attack could neutralize Iran's nuclear program, the way is neutralized Iraq's.

I know of no persuasive evidence of that.

One interesting perspective I've heard on it:
Hamilton played an exceptionally valuable role in Founding the U.S.A.

And that conversely, Jackson was by some plausible standards not a guy we can be too proud of.

The suggestion, but what's-her-name on the $20.oo but leave Hamilton on the $10.oo

It's a persuasive argument.
Who chose the $10.oo as the one that must be changed?

Bear in mind:
the apparent bumblers responsible for:
- keeping these guys behind bars, (unsuccessful) &

- tracking them down (unsuccessful so far)

are from the same crowd that will handle the investigation.

A federal IG probe might make some sense.
But I assume that'll just add $more $millions to the price tag of this lemon.

And why is the warden still employed?!

What is the scenario that makes a prison employee giving frozen meat to prisoners?!
- Where?
- When?
- Why?

I want public safety.
I've already been to neighbor's house with print-out, to warn her.
"Even all the ' alleged evidence & sightings ' Is just that... alleged.." S2

Except they claim they've found their DNA.
That may not give them a date & time. But it's overwhelmingly likely a positive ID.

ONE EXCEPTION: !!

It may be possible that one or more corrupt prison employees or other accomplices planted the DNA evidence, to throw the manhunt off the trail.
BUT !!
Ockham's Razor.
That may be possible.
I consider it unlikely.

Perhaps even close the prison down.

The Forest Ranger that spoke at the news conference yesterday listed paragraphs of difficulty in searching for the escapees; terrain, undergrowth, insects, swamps, etc.
Then in the last paragraph added;
and that's why we chose to locate the prison here ...

I get the impression they didn't really think that one through.
