Now, we also have to worry about Jaguars. Several were sighted in this valley recently. They make mountain lions look like house cats, which are also here. |

You had most of the answers.... They were in the Alexandria library. But it was sacked and burned because it contained things that didn't agree with Roman/Christian beliefs. Funny that they say it was "accidental". They burned the harbor, and most of the city!
More was lost in that single night than in the last 6,000 years of knowledge, from Stonehenge, to the secrets of the Pyramids from all over the world, Atlantis, neolithic sites worldwide, Animals, and all of it was common knowledge then.... gone. I'm still really pissed about that one.

I always thought he looked like that with a conductor's wand. receding hairline, glasses, in a fancy suit and tie, and mumbling like John Houseman He'd be mumbling away about this or that.... taking long vacations, and wasn't around when like: Hitler, Mao Tse Tung, Stalin, The Inquisiton, The Annihilation of the Native Americans, The Dinosaurs, and other goodies happened. He probably came back and said: Oh my, this certainly won't do... It won't do at all... aaahummm, yes yes.... no it won't hmmmahmmm yes yes... (clears throat regally) |

I studied advertising in vocational school because I was stuying to be an advertising artist. Ever heard of Subliminal Advertising? Ever heard of Conditioning Advertising? Both exist and both continue to work. Have you ever thought of the reason you buy what you buy? Ever buy something, use it once and then it sits on a shelf or in the closet till you toss it or have a yard sale? Ever spend more money than you planned on something? You can thank television, radio and printed packaging for that. Do you remember back in the early 80 there was a generic craze? You could buy products in black and white wrappers for less cost. Ever wonder why that craze phased out? One must also realize advertising is not the only way you can be brainwashed. The music played at primetime on radios. The subject matter and associations formed from your favorite TV shows. The 'look' of big and small screen actors and actresses. The words of politicians which are supported by the TV shows, commercials and NEWS programs. Its all a form of subliminal conditioning. Ever try to tell someone not to watch TV or listen to the radio? Notice how they defend it? Yet, when someone does avoid it for longer periods, the less likely they are to go back to it. Because they find they can think clearer and make correct decisions without the subliminal interference. I'd rather watch paint dry than watch channel TV. I'd rather listen to crickets then listen to a radio broadcast. Brainwashing....more than most realize. I studied the same thing. I have a degree in it, and it absolutely works... comically so. Ridiculously accurate. When painting billboards, we'd be instructed to paint things in the ice cubes, or on a grill, in fire, in the sweat of a glass or bottle, and so on and so on. So.... America, you were right. some of those things you found were REAL.

This world is my country. I would fight and die for the world. NEVER a government. I've never seen so many wasted lives more than governments and religions use for their personal gain. Thousands of years of it. Never ever atoned for either..... I'll fight for the working humans in ALL COUNTRIES!!!! The health workers in the trenches with a feeble amount of protection right now take the forefront. We are ALL ONE!!!! The lands and oceans, and the beings in both! from the creatures seen and unseen in the ocean, to ants to humans to elephants on the ground, and wasps to condors in the skies. Workers of world shall unite and eventually end class struggle once and for all. I would just like to thank these workers of the entire globe on the front medical lines of all this mess. THANK YOU! The worlds governments in most countries messed up, maybe on purpose with an itinerary or motive, or folly. A couple got on the ball. All the big ones failed miserably, and now these workers are cleaning their mess, or covering up the mess with rules from on high. |

I'm more the low end on the totem pole of knowledge I'm afraid, so I can answer a few things, but the William Buhlman book not only answered things, but puzzled me further, as I lack the smarts to follow some of what he said. He goes into Steven Hawking territory, and the dimensions therin, and I didn't have time to finish. I believe with this C Virus, I might have time to finish the book.

I can PHYSICALLY get out of my body.
If you learn how to get out of body, you'll know that there is no "belief" involved. It just is natural fact. We ALL are capable of this..... I have done this regularly, and I can also move stuff around, or go through walls, but occasionally get stuck in them, which will snap you back into your body... I can get into other bodies if I choose, BUT I DON'T. I COULD, but I NEVER do, slap the piss out of someone, or much worse.... but there's also natural laws of respect that should not be crossed, though I have seen many others out of body, cross those lines. One might pay dearly or ultimately for it, (possibly final death of the soul) If you want to explore this further, Robert Monroe, "Journeys out of the Body" "Far Journeys" "Ultimate Journey" William Buhlman, "Adventures Beyond The Body" (very well explained) So.... sorry to those of you that think you just go into the ground, and that's it, dead, final, finito, but....... Nope.... you still exist.... It's why I do suicide watch here... When you kill yourself, you will be standing over YOUR dead body, and no way to correct it. you get to watch all the things you could have changed, but the penalty is, that you cannot change it, because you did what you did. I can't explain how those things work, as it would be like explaining the things in this universe that defy our laws of physics. In the mirror, I look like glass or plastic, and I'm clear. every scar is there, and every detail. |

To get stronger, thicker glutes, Start with light squats, and progressively work heavier, preferably a power lifting routine WITH PROPER FORM... What you eat, and form with your lifting is of UTMOST IMPORTANCE, because of immune system and injury... also, don't forget the other parts of the legs.
Working the whole body is a must, also to keep from getting injured, and being over-all strong. If you want some cuts with size, more a bodybuilder's routine... I do a bit of both. more 3 sets of 8 though... We have lots of info in our group if I don't directly have a specific answer. and recipes! |
