Everyday I at least shower and do my make up. Then if I get dressed or stay in my pajamas at lease I feel clean and attractive to me.
More recently I have started to care about my style. I like to wear clothes that fit and look good on me. This way I feel attractive to me. Whether others think the same or not who cares.  I'm at least happy. |

Has anyone followed fashion week??? the styles are to die for the hair is great the makeup is beautiful I really like the Armani collection for fall..the mens collection too and the trends in handbags and jewery is fantastic its gonna be a good fall/winter If ya want to see any collection for fall just go to youtube and type in the designers name!!!!! I looked it up on you tube and feel that very few of those outfits would work for me. Also, I didn't care for the "high water" pants on the suits. Pants should have a break and be long enough to cover the top of a man's shoe. |

No these designs dont work for everyone
alot dont work for me cause i am only 5' and have to get everything altered but i think the designs themselves this year....weather you and I wear em or not...are really nice It all depends on your style too.....ex: during Fashion week...I head for the Channel-Givanchy-Armani while my eighteen year old is salivating over the new Betsey Johnson and Juicy Couture stuff and her boyfriend is crazy over Karl Lagerfeld so ya know to each his own thats why there are so many different designers....and more up and coming everyday!!!

I like Levis, T-shirts on sale at Target, and a good pair of Adidas skate shoes.
 Oh, and anything with a skull on it!

While I am nowhere near a slob (I only own one pair of sweatpants and only wear them when working on projects around the house or when volunteering for Habitat for Humanity), I will NEVER be a slave to fashion either. I am too short and too round to ever look good in any of the fashion trends, whatever they may be at the moment! I don't wear heels, pantyhose, cropped shirts or tight anything. I am most comfortable in a t-shirt and jeans/shorts, either barefoot or sandals. Decent looking but stylish??? Nawwwwwwww doubtful!

The trouble is the fashion gurus only design clothes for one or two body types. If you're not built like that, it won't do you any good and you're better off going with what you know works for your body. But, that's the difference between fashion and style. I look at what's on the runways, but that doesn't mean you'll see me wearing it. |
