I’m not seeing where it would make it illegal, but require licensing. Apparently,
this is an attempt to stop criminal activity, such as human trafficking, that some of these “practices” often use as fronts. Is there another bill out there to make these illegal? |

I live near Edgar Allen Poe’s gravesite and for 75 years a mystery person would visit his grave on January 19, Poe’s birthday. They would toast to Poe with a bottle of cognac and leave the remaining cognac and 3 red roses. Their last toast was in 2009, never appearing beyond that and to this day no one knows the identify of the person. That is so interesting . Could they not get fingerprints of the bottle left behind and search for a match ?? Just a thought !!! I think the elusiveness was more intriguing than the knowing. But, that thought is valid :) |

Agree with slim gym. There are people starving in the world. Thanks Cat ...i was beginning to think I was the only one to think that way !! seriously , that was a huge amount of money wasted ... for what ... to feed one ego or to compensate for the loss of a woman or simply to compete with another ego manic like Branson ??? I actually felt the same way upon hearing this the other day. But in listening to an interview Bezo’s did before the flight, he agrees with you. He feels helping future generations with space exploration will in addition help the Earth. His is huge supporter of philanthropy, donating $100m to Feed America, and $10B to his Earth Fund. Now if we could just get his to pay his fair share of taxes. :) |

Watched the Home Run Derby last night and the All-Star game tonight. Really fun games. I was really cheering for Trey Mancini in the home run derby! As an Orioles fan he is one of the few good things about the team right now. |
