I wish people would get over the Big Flood theory. the earth does not have enough water on it to completely cover the land mass completely period. The math does not add up. During the ice age the northern hemisphere was completely covered in ice (over the land mass ONLY!) So in a way the land could have been flooded in ICE. Conversely the sea level was 150 feet lower than it is in present day. If BOTH poles melted completely the sea level may rise about six to ten feet MAYBE. There is no way to flood this planet unless you a) introduce more water via comet or some other external means and/or b) you sink all of the land mass.

Heck, there was a show recently on Discovery about a fossil find in Alaska that has all the Palemntologists panties in a bind over Dinos being North of the Arctic circle. Not once did they mention that when Dinos roamed Alaska it was about where Montana is now! They never mentioned Continental drift once. I bet they forgot that little fact making the show!

In extinction events all the Mega Fauna dies first and dies off completely. The Dinosaur did survive. When you are eating KFC guess what? You are eating what once was probably a velociraptor! Heck, look at goats. Do you have any idea what the predecessor to goats looked like? Here is a hint, it was the only (ONLY) predator with cloven hooves ever! They eventually became pseudo omnivorous but largely vegetarian now. Goats eat damn near everything but do not kill to eat. They are scavengers when they feel the necessity yet they can wipe out plant life like no other short of sheep.

If anything the Dinos built a space ship and left earth!

Now for footprints with dino tracks, sand stone of certain kinds when wet become pliable again. It is possible the human footprint was (millions of years) after the fact. Then again it is possible for someone to have somehow fallen back in time although it is far fetched. Still there are phenomenon we have yet to discover or explain like the disappearances in the Bermuda Triangle. Many disappearances were explained eventually but some still to this day defy explanation. Take the ship Cyclopes for instance. It was missing for years but when it was found the crew was gone like they left the ship the day before and it was found YEARS after its disappearance.

PS. recently in a German coal mine it appears that they uncovered what may have been a settlement of some kind but there is not enough evidence to prove the rings they found were manufactured although the rings are large enough to have been some kind of foundation for a hut of some kind. If they found any tools or pottery or anything manufactured it would place this find at MILLIONS of years before man walked he planet but again there is nothing that can prove that the stone rings were made yet. It is possible they could have been nesting rings except Dinosaurs didn't build in the classical sense. They would dig a hole but not set stones in a neat ring like was found. If they were nesting rings that means that Dinos were evolving a greater degree of intelligence to have used a more developed structure to house and protect their eggs. If any stone tools were found it would upset what we know and understand about Dinos completely.

Yeah I figured you didn't actually have anything to say on the subject LOL. I'm sure you've gleaned a lot from your Archie comic books though. I'll leave you to it...

wow, what a truly inspired comeback. Do you write for a living?

Why don't you take a look around this site a bit and see how much I've had to "say" on this subject, before you make yourself look even more silly.

St. Louis has Mastodon Park.

I am not happy with my child's religion teacher at school. One of the children was asking the teacher about when the dinosaurs were here.

The teacher told them that she didn't really believe in dinosaurs. She said that God put the dinosaur bones here to confuse us. She's also their science teacher.frustrated frustrated

If the poles melted we would see hundreds of feet of rise in sea level. Not enough to cover the land masses but enough to flood where most humans live now.

The simple truth we killed all of them off.

Remember the knight that the king sent out to kill the dragon? He was killing the dino's.

It has been proven in Texas you can find dino tracks right next to man's tracks in the mud, now hardened to rock.

History has shown in many places that in the times of castles and dragon hunters they were hunting and killing dinos.

it's been proven not

the supposed human footprints at the Paluxy site near Glen Rose have been shown to be dinosaur prints in which the toe imprints have eroded

even the creationists have abandoned that one

what reeally happened to the dinosaurs...

this can be explained in one of the stories (banned from the bible)

apparently the dinosaurs were also Nephilim, they were the result of naughty angels having sex with naughty reptiles that predated Man, later on after Adam and Eve and the war in Heaven those same naughty angels start getting that old horny feeling again but this time it was for Humans and the angels began doing the naughty with them

God appalled at this creation of orgy evolution decided to send a hit team of angels to wipe out this next generation but then decided against it because when the angels was told that they would be around human females God notice that the angels began to sprout things other than wings...which is why he decided to flood the place and asked Noah to build an Ark

when Noah asked God how could he feed all the animals on the ark an what will they eat after the flood God said...

BEHOLD.....LET THEM EAT DINOSAUR

the dinosaurs that didn't drown later on became the Draconians

They died out due to the fact that they couldn't adapt quickly enough to survive in a changing environment. Probably they were partially warm blooded, but the temperature of the earth dropped to the point that they were no longer able to grow to adulthood and the species died out due to lack of reproduction.

actually the dynasaurs were not the only ones who failed to adapt. the vast majority of land species became extinct during the time dino was leaving. damn them asteroids me thinks they really messed things up. indeed, well over ninety percent of all species to ever exist are now extinct.

Quietman_2009's photo

from what I understand is that the only species that survived were the burrowing rodent types that were able to survive underground

we are not descended from monkeys but from rats

I'm sure God factored in the evolutionary factors in all of his creations.
