      When you're stressed out, how do you handle it? What do you do for stress release?

      Yard work.....helps me when I'm really stressed...I'm not one that stresses out too often.. other then that just some alone time and a good cold beer....

      Depends whats it for like what topics causing u stress,theres a couple of things that work
 
  1. Drink cold water n close ur eyes n think of me ;p joke think of an iceburg in the sea that usualy calms me its a natural coolant u see its like wen ur hot n u have a mind set of thinking cold ul b able to stay cool I. The heat also the tip of the iceburg is u anythin below it shows how big it is and suggests there are others in worser situation now think with a cool head. 2.stress causes toxins to b produced in the body n the best way to get rid of that is thru sweat so go for a run jog walkor gum n flex those muscles sweat it out this will refresh ir body and mindand again cool u down to think more clearly and giving u fresh ideas. 3.once kooled down and are thinking with a calm head write whats stressing u then write a plan on how to tackle it. Writing n jotting things down keeps u organised n helps u see the fuller picture more clearly lol n thru the plan work it out and having a laff xx Thses are few steps anyway everyone is different so some ppl imagine montains or trees greenry memroable places and different colours.they say the colour green of a plant the natual green of a plant is soothing n calming Hope this helps sorry for the essay.       I work out, cycle, talk a walk, clean, or play music. Lots of outlets for this old gal.

      There's not much that can stress me out, but if i do get a little stressed i usually put my headphones on and listen to some relaxing music, usually mike oldfields "songs of the distant earth".

      i drink on Friday or have a beer or 2 during the week,or i play on my xbox 360,or blast Metallica.

      Grab a can of beer n sped off to a friend to get my mind diverted from the cause of stress or play Xbox. It often helps. I tried meditation, but its difficult for me. One needs to patient

      I go onto forums and pick angry debates with people that I deem intelligent. It always makes me laugh when either the people I'm debating with or myself gets flustered and posts something stupid and it makes me forget what I was stressed about.

      Aromatherapy bath with soothing music.  Close my eyes while in the bath repeating a positive affirmation in my mind until all other thoughts are quiet. Then, I use breathing exercises to calm myself more and try to visualize myself in a place that comforts me (near the ocean, in the woods with nature, etc) to help quiet my mind completely. Though, I ask for help from my higher power. Takes practice!
