What do you not want to see - when browsing a potential match for interests and about their criteria.
Which things are a Red Flag, that you want to avoid if at all possible? |

I don't look for the negatives, I focus on the positives.
When you look for negative, you usually find negative. Its better to search with a positive mindset than a negative one. I know that when I find the right woman for me and she thinks I am the right man for her, my searching will be over. It only takes one real match. |

I avoid like the plague:
- Anyone who rules out their own age group, they are delusional. - Like Tom, overall negativity, they tend to really be like that. - Even a hint of bigotry, that is like walking into a fire. - Often, you can spot in their profile if they tend to use ridicule as a dating tool, they will do that in real life, too. - Trying to impress, do they really think that defines them? Often, it does. |

If the person is a law officer, then I avoid the person until the statute of limitations has expired.

if they are religious enough that they feel the need to talk about religion/their love for jesus on their DATING profile would be a huge turnoff for me...
a LOT of misspelled words... empty profiles with the phrase 'if you want to know about me,ask me',cuz that means that they are lazy,and/or narcissistic if they think that people should want to talk to them,just because they graced us by taking the time out of their busy day to join a dating site... no photo,or photos that don't show them,cuz that means that they are either insecure,or are married and trying to sneak around without getting caught,and/or narcissistic [see reasoning in last reason] a filthy house in the background of their photos... the phrase 'why cant I find a decent/real man',cuz that means that decent men avoid them like the plague,for some reason... the phrase 'my kids are my life',cuz that means that they are boring,and probably wont be able to make any time for someone else in their life that doesn't have to do with their kids... negativity,or talking about how bad their ex/experience with men has been... a lot of bad/tasteless tattoos that can be seen.... spending all of the profile telling people what they DONT WANT,instead of using it to describe themselves! die hard trump supporters! |

What I don't want to see is anything that precludes me from contacting them if I find them attractive and would want to contact them. I've found most things to be situational and requiring context. Which things are a Red Flag, that you want to avoid if at all possible? For me, personally, anything that indicates they aren't looking to get off the internet asap and actually date, face to face. |
